This privacy policy explains how worlddigital.us (“this website”), the personal website of Ahmad Awwad, handles information when you visit it or buy a plan through it.

Information this website collects

This website has no accounts or newsletter sign-ups. The only information you type into it is your business website address, and only if you choose to subscribe to the SEO plan (see “Payments and subscriptions” below).

To understand how the site is used, it uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-focused analytics service. It collects aggregated information such as page views, referring websites, browser and device type, country and page performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies and does not track you across other websites.

This website also uses Google Analytics 4 to understand traffic and how visitors find the site. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as the pages you view, how long you stay, how you arrived (for example from a search engine or social network), your approximate location, and your browser and device type. It also records when someone starts checkout or completes a purchase, with the plan name and price only, never payment details. IP addresses are not logged or stored by Google Analytics 4. This information is reported to me in aggregate and is processed by Google under its privacy policy.

Like most websites, the hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site securely and protect it from abuse. The fonts on this website are hosted here too, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts.

Payments and subscriptions

If you subscribe, payment happens on a secure checkout page run by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, billing address and card details, and processes them under its own privacy policy. I never see or store your full card number. Payments go to my company, WorldDigital.ai, which is the name shown at checkout.

The business website address you enter before checkout is passed to Stripe with your order so I know which website to work on. From Stripe I receive that address together with your name, email address, billing location, plan and payment status. I use this information to deliver the plan, send receipts and updates about your plan, and keep the business and tax records the law requires.

When you contact me

If you email me, book a call or message me on WhatsApp, I receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. I use it only to reply and to discuss working together. Messages sent through WhatsApp or email are also subject to those services’ own privacy policies.

Free SEO report

When you use the free SEO report, you give your website address, your email address and, optionally, your name. Your website address is sent to DataForSEO and Google Lighthouse to collect public data about that website, such as rankings, backlinks, speed scores and AI citations. The finished report is stored for up to 24 hours so repeat requests load instantly. Your email and name are used to send you a copy of the report and occasional marketing tips, and are added to my email list, which you can leave anytime with the unsubscribe link in every email or at worlddigital.us/unsubscribe. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the request comes from a person, and your IP address is used for 48 hours to limit how many reports can be run per day.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare: hosting, security and web analytics.
• Google Analytics: website traffic analytics (uses cookies).
• Google Tag Manager: loads the analytics and measurement tags on this site.
• Google Ads: measures which ads lead to visits and sign-ups, and may show ads to people who visited this site (uses cookies).
• Stripe: secure checkout, subscription billing, receipts and the customer billing portal.
• Email services (Resend): sending report copies, emails about your plan and occasional marketing emails, and keeping the email list.
• DataForSEO: SEO, backlink and AI search data for the free SEO report (receives only the website address).
• Cloudflare Turnstile: human verification on the free SEO report form.
• Links to other websites: such as worlddigital.ai, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and social networks. Those sites have their own privacy policies.

How information is used and shared

Information is used only to operate and improve this website, to respond to you, and to provide and bill the services you buy. I do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising purposes. It is shared only with the service providers listed above, or when the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask me to delete any messages or contact details you have shared by emailing ahmad.awwad@worlddigital.ai. Payment and tax records may need to be kept for as long as the law requires. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights to access, correct or delete your personal information.

To opt out of Google Analytics, you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings or install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. To control how Google uses your activity for ads, visit My Ad Center.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 13.

I may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
