Terms of service.

These terms apply when you subscribe to a plan on worlddigital.us or hire Ahmad Awwad (“I”, “me”) for marketing services. Services are provided and billed by my company, WorldDigital.ai, shown as WorldDigital.ai at checkout. By subscribing, paying or approving a proposal, you (“you”, the business) agree to these terms. If a signed proposal says something different, the proposal wins for that project.

Quick summary: monthly billing, cancel anytime from your billing portal, no refunds, you keep ownership of every account and asset, and I never ask for your passwords.

1. The SEO & AI Search Visibility plan

The plan covers SEO, AI SEO, AEO and GEO work for one business website:

• Keyword and search-intent research for your services and the cities you serve.
• On-page and technical SEO fixes, and content optimization.
• Answer-ready FAQ content and schema markup (AEO).
• Consistent brand and business information so AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Gemini and Perplexity can understand and cite you (GEO).
• A monthly progress report on rankings, traffic, leads and AI-answer visibility.

The work each month is prioritized by impact and fits the plan’s scope. Larger sites, multiple locations, e-commerce catalogs, new websites, ad management and social media management are quoted separately.

2. Billing, renewal and taxes

The plan costs $199.99 per month, tax included, unless a different price was shown when you subscribed. Your card is charged when you subscribe and then automatically every month on the same date until you cancel. Payments are processed securely by Stripe, which emails a receipt for every charge and a reminder before renewals. If a payment fails, Stripe will retry it and work may pause until it is resolved. If the price ever changes, I will email you at least 30 days before your next charge at the new price, and you can cancel before then.

3. Cancelling and managing your plan

There is no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime yourself in the billing portal (sign in with the email you used at checkout), where you can also update your card and download invoices. You can also cancel by emailing ahmad.awwad@worlddigital.ai or messaging me on WhatsApp. Cancelling stops all future charges, and the plan stays active until the end of the month you have already paid for.

4. No refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable, including for partial months and unused time. If you believe you were charged in error, please contact me before disputing the charge with your bank; I will look into it right away and correct any genuine billing mistake.

5. Access to your accounts and social media

Depending on the service, I may need access to some of these accounts:

• Website: your website platform or CMS (for example WordPress, Shopify, Wix or Squarespace), domain and DNS (for example Cloudflare or GoDaddy) and hosting.
• Advertising: Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads, Snapchat Ads and YouTube.
• Social media pages: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Snapchat.

How access works:

• You stay the owner. Every account, page, ad account, pixel, profile and audience stays in your name and under your ownership. I am added as a user, partner, manager or collaborator, never as the owner.
• No passwords. I will never ask for your passwords. Access is granted through each platform’s own partner or user tools, such as Meta Business Suite partner access, Google Ads manager accounts, TikTok Business Center, LinkedIn page admin roles and Google user permissions.
• Least access needed. I ask only for the access level a task needs (for example “view” for reporting, “editor” or “advertiser” for changes) and use it only for the agreed work.
• Removing access. You can remove my access at any time. When a plan or project ends, I will stop using your accounts and you should remove my access; I can walk you through it.

6. Posting and publishing on your behalf

For website, ad or social media work, I will share new campaigns, ad creative and posts for your approval before they go live, unless you tell me in writing that approval is not needed. Approved content may be published to your website, ad accounts and social pages. Urgent fixes, such as pausing an ad that is overspending or correcting a broken page, may be made right away and reported to you.

7. Advertising budgets

Money you spend on advertising is paid directly by you to the platform (Google, Meta, TikTok and others) with your own payment method, and is separate from my fees. You set the budget; I will not raise spending limits without your approval. Platforms bill you based on their own terms, and results depend on budget, competition and the platforms’ algorithms.

8. Platform rules and account restrictions

All work follows the advertising and community policies of each platform. Platforms can review, reject, limit or suspend ads, pages or accounts at their own discretion, sometimes for reasons that are not explained. I will help you appeal and fix issues where I can, but I am not responsible for decisions made by platforms, or for restrictions caused by your products, past account history or content you supply.

9. What I need from you

• Your website address, accurate information about your business, and timely access to the accounts in section 5.
• Confirmation that you own, or have permission to use, the website, accounts, logos, photos, videos and other content you give me.
• Responsibility for the accuracy and legality of your offers, prices, claims, licenses and product information, including any industry rules that apply to your business.
• Reasonably prompt replies to questions and approvals. Delays in access or approvals can delay the work and do not pause billing.

10. Results

Search engines, AI assistants and ad platforms are run by third parties such as Google, Microsoft, OpenAI, Meta and Perplexity, and they change how they rank, cite and deliver content without notice. I work to improve your visibility and report progress honestly, but I cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, AI citations, leads or sales. SEO is a long-term channel; most competitive results build over several months.

11. Reporting and communication

You will receive a monthly progress report for the SEO plan, and campaign reports for ad work at the frequency agreed in your proposal. I usually reply to messages within one business day (Monday to Friday, US Central Time). Email and WhatsApp are the official ways to reach me.

12. Use of AI tools

I use AI tools, including WorldDigital.ai’s own platform, to research, draft and analyze. Everything is reviewed by me before it is delivered or published, and I do not put your private account data into public AI tools.

13. Other services

Google Ads and paid social management, social media management, website builds and other projects are agreed in a written proposal or quote that sets the scope, price, timeline and payment terms. These terms apply to anything the proposal does not cover.

14. Content and ownership

You keep ownership of your website, brand, accounts and content. Once paid for, the content, ad creative, recommendations and reports I create for you are yours to use. I keep ownership of my own templates, tools, methods and know-how, and of WorldDigital.ai’s software. Third-party items such as stock photos, fonts or plugins remain subject to their own licenses.

15. Testimonials and case studies

I will only name you as a client, quote you, or share your results publicly with your written permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time.

16. Confidentiality and privacy

I keep your account access, data, results and business information confidential and use them only to provide the services. How personal information is handled is explained in the privacy policy.

17. Ending the service

You can cancel as described in section 3. I may pause or end the service, with notice, if payments fail, if access needed for the work is not provided, or if a request would break the law or a platform’s policies. If I end a plan for reasons unrelated to you, I will stop future charges right away.

18. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, my total liability for any claim related to the services is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data, or account suspensions by third-party platforms. You agree to cover claims that arise from content, products or information you supply.

19. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. If a problem comes up, please contact me first; most issues can be solved quickly by talking. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be handled in the courts of Rutherford County, Tennessee, or Harris County, Texas (Houston).

20. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. Neither of us is responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control, such as platform outages. These terms, together with any written proposal, are the full agreement between us for the services.

21. Changes to these terms

I may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new date, and active subscribers will be emailed about important changes before they take effect.
